A downloadable game for Windows

Touhou: Scarlet Devil Stories is a 3D Bullet Hell RPG Touhou fangame focusing on celebrating the entire Touhou franchise, while still bringing its own unique, more story-focused flavor to the table. The game is currently in early development, with only a two betas having been released, so more details will come at a later date.
